Returns Policy

We are committed to providing  quality products to our customers. However ,if you are  unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase , or if you get goods delivered that are damaged then we will take every step to meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

If you have changed your mind on any items purchased then we will process a refund as long as its within 7 days of placing your order. Please note we will not provide an exchange or refund on any items that have been worn  ( for hygiene  purposes). To apply for a refund send us an email on support@costumesdirect.co.nz detailing a valid reason of your return. The item should be in its original packaging and not damaged. Please note any shipping cost will not be refunded.

We will provide a full refund or exchange the item if we have sent an incorrect item or the item turns out to be faulty or damaged as long as we are notified within 7 days of your order and we will send you the exchanged item with no extra shipping cost.
